There are only few projects that are aiming to help recruitment process and apply blockchain on it.
I've got a lot of questions to ask but I'll read on what's the content of your project, maybe it can enlighten me.

By the way we are not going to exclude recruitment agencies from our ecosystem. They can be users as well. We only suggest our future users to avoid job boards costs.

Definitely you don't have to exclude them since they are the ones that will use it although blockchain is applied.
