This is not something that should be done over the internet. There is a lot of cost to using real estate as collateral. It has to be inspected to determine their value, etc. You must have a clear title (including no liens against the property), and in some cases may have to get an attorney involved to draw up an agreement that would be considered valid in the state of NY, though using real estate as collateral for cryptocurrency may be a very grey area due to how volatile the market is. All of this should be done with a local lender, probably with a bank.

The point of tjis arrangement is to get private lenders who want to cash bitcoin out and and get into another investment that is more secure Like real estate ....either way i am open too suggestions if anyone is interested please do not hesitate too contact me.
