I'm not an investment guru, but I can name three main factors on which I evaluate projects:
1. The project team, whether there are famous people there. I definitely try to learn about them as much as possible.
2. The idea of the project, is there something already ready and working, or is everything just written on paper. Are there any patents, certificates and so on.
3. Do project developers participate in various public events and exhibitions.
