I'm waiting more than 2 months for upgrading to Verified account status.
All this time when I try to transfer or withdraw I see:
"Currency operations not available",
"Transfers are disabled on your account, contact us via this form.",
"Withdrawals are disabled on your account, contact us via this form."
I already gave them all my documents for KYC: selfie, passport, bank statements, facebook profile etc.
And now they ask me about transactions of CTR that I did from Livecoin to HitBTC.
But CTR was delisted from Livecoin and Livecoin don't keep transactions history older than a month, so I told them about it.
They want more and more information and this story has no end...
And all next 5 or 6 their answers was the same (identically) and I think it was made by robot.
So I think that HitBTC are robbers with main business of stealing our money.
I have opened tickets #308282 and #347872.
I think that HitBTC will do all they can to NOT upgrading my account and to NOT returm me my money.
I'm very surprised with that, because I have only 0.44 BTC on trading account and 1450000 DCN on main account.
Can somebody help me with this situation or advise something?
Its matter of shame exchange like this is doing tricks with customers and not giving all updates even taking long time I also have few issues which take too much time but solved hopefully you will also updated but now I am not using this because they are really worst in all even withdrawal fees is also very high if we compare to other exchanges
