Thanks, though I don't need the info about proxyban (all the more so that link rather describes the points of evil - how "thoroughly" different IP-addresses accumulated them). But I need some official sources to verify the other statements if I provide them to the others. In other words you narrate the interesting things but I hardly can use them since they're not confirmed by any quotations.
