One person asked Boris about bank location and shoved him list of countries which are working with Russia in financial information sharing. I forgot to save that link, but Boris answer was like: bank location will be outside of that countries list.

Minexsystems is registered in hongkong so we should expect that it will be in Hongkong or near it. There are businesses that uses VISA/Mastercard cards for prepaid/reward card/debits now. I live in the SEA area so i know what i'm talking about. We can also buy a prepaid gift card provided by a bank with VISa license.
