We do not know what BetKing made with the submitted crypto currencies. I personally think that they are still available, especially as BetKing did not spend it to built up the casino.

Considering that investors have the option to withdraw from the investment contract because of investment fraud and demand their investment back, in my opinion it is stupid to still believe in this investment fraud scheme!

If BetKing was an anonymous operation I would not disagree with your statement.

But as we do not know what happened with the investment (I assume it still exists) and as the identity of BetKing is known and investors can enforce their investments through legal channels, your claim that the investment is lost is misleading.

The investment of the bankroll is not on the Betking website and the 50 BTC Jackpot never was won. The tokens are virtually useless as they are worthless therefore the investment is lost. The investors will not get their money back and will ultimately make a loss all the while Dean Nolan became a millionaire.

Unless he proves otherwise people believe he pocked millions from the ICO directly and people will believe he is a scammer. My personal opinons do not matter but thta is what people are saying.
