Obviously, by now we already have the answers to your question. That $8200 run was not sign that we are going to have a bull run. It was more of a bull trap, after we touch that price, it didn't take look for speculators to sold and take the profit. We this market will remain bearish specially after the SEC delayed its decision on the Bitcoin ETF. So we shouldn't jump for joy and don't expect good things to come our way this year, would be happy though it we see the price at $8000-$10000 at the end of the year. New all-time-high? Unlikely to happen as well.

Yes that is right that ETF is the main reason for bitcoin price to decrease and restrict it not to increase and cross 10000$, but hopefully it will be a temporary decrease in bitcoin price and very soon investors will become confident to start investing their money in bitcoin and bitcoin price will increase too much.
