You are right, proof of withdrawal does not guarantee that the exchange is legit and safe, let alone the proof is only a small withdrawal. This is the first time I have seen an exchange that posts a successful withdrawal transaction here and it looks very funny. I think, people won't be stupid just by looking at posts about successful withdrawals.

Is legit or not, not rated from successful withdrawal transaction, make another way to ensure your cryptocurrency exchange is legit, I think there are still many other ways to do that rather than having to post the results of successful transactions
