I agree. We are now in the accumulation stage, just before the next uptrend that could turn into a bull run. The only thing that can stop the next bull run is if the SEC stays undecided and postpone the decision to next year. In that case the market will dump hard and bull run will be postponed to. Fingers crossed that this is not what is going to happen.

The decision of the SEC is not going to change much in the market, if it is negative at most the bear market will be extended some additional months and if the decisions is positive there is going to be a small recovery but it is not going to last and the market will go down once again, that is why I am waiting to make any move because if the decision is positive bitcoin will go up but alts wont and that will be the perfect opportunity to buy.
