Q/A 1: difference is that I can only get H81 right now, the H61 is not in stock...lol but seriously though H81 is NEWER (1150 CPU), H61 is slight older (1155 CPU)

Q/A 2: I would go with Superflower GOLD rated 1000w only runs you $170.

Q/A 3: You would need 5 risers to fit cards on there, power risers are ok, the motherboard has two molex connectors to provide extra power, I am in the process of ordering a alot of powered USB version risers. Those will arrive soon (2 weeks), I will keep the OP updated by then.

Q/A 4: You can plug in one PSU for the mobo and some of the cards, then another dedicated for the GPUs, again the motherboard takes to molex connectors so its about the same as having powered risers, you should still get some powered risers because the motherboard is to provide stability when mining and over-clocking.

I can ship to PHILIPPINES via POST PARCEL, slower but not really that much cheaper though, from experenice, I personally would recommend just go with EMS, since Taiwan is a pretty small island you know.
