So Saudi can't use cryptocurrency at all?

Actually I dont have accurate information, but I think they are still trading cryptocurrencies and as I know some saudi are still using their VISA cards buying through many exchanges, I can see this ban news as a high warning for their citizens because the lack of regulations.

Many countries get confused in how to deal with crypto market and so arabic countries not only for religious reasons, but for financial reasons.
