I would say that $150 is not a big deal to invest in some cryptocurrencies but anyway from those two probably I will choose the second, NEO is good, but I feel ultimately that ADA will have a bigger opportunities in the future.

NEO and Cardano are two good altcoins for investment. Both have good technology that is able to invite investors to invest in it. However, if I have to choose from both, I tend to choose NEO because it has a good development team and is supported by the Chinese government.
