There is a mentioning of a launch in the white paper in Q3 2018.

I ask this because I would like to see how Wixlar performs on the exchanges before I buy it.

We are heading to 3 exchanges on October 2018 (just after completing the ICO on 30/9/2018)
and every 45 days, we are listing Wixlar on new exchange.
From now, we have already assigned 2 MOU with 2 new exchanges to list Wixlar on their exchange on November 2018: Korean Coin25 Exchange and Swiss Exchange called AirIsU
