If I can't sleep, I listen to music, not the loud kind of music, but those rather soft ones.

On other occasions I find that I can relieve stress through reading a book or watching cartoons.

I also did the same thing, I'll do the same thing, go to the closest of friends, listening to music, reading and watching movies, if there is nothing I can do I will sleep as a last resort.
