In my own understanding based on the Atlantico network Roadmap, the platform will be available first on Ukraine and South Africa because they had signed a preliminary agreement with Ministries of Health on these countries for testing the platform in state medical centers.

Well, you are right, but I have a different idea about this. The ATLANTICO NETWORK project is really an investment, both short-term and long-term I guess because benefits can be availed immediately and it really affects the medical industry.
