You are right on your opinion but I think there no problem to share your earning but to keep some secret that you might have talent that came from your hard work

Right.I think sharing your income to your own family might not harm you at all.They are your family so they are supposed to understand you and give you more encouragement in the first place.I am doing it personally and i'm glad that they understand all my hardworks for it.And i could say they are also a big part of my success what i have right now.
