There isn't any need for any spamming if they read the rules. Who needs to spam when all you need is to just post one reply to a thread and then browse the forums for four hours. But apparently these morons can't think of anything intelligent or worthwhile to say, nor can they be bothered to read the rules so they post unnecessary crap.
