in bad conditions we can only be patient because sales will only make things worse. I am sure that sooner or later the market will soon rise unless you have large capital, it would be great if you buy coins that are down for investment.

Thinking for your future then holding still the best thing to do, losing your money just because of panicking while the market is red is not good, you can forget your assets for a while and leave it alone so you won't get any bad decisions since you are not seeing the value, buy if you still have spare money to invest and hold till the next bul run.
