I think ETH is faster and flexible because we can set the fee that we want which affect the speed of transaction.
BTC is not bad also, but sometimes it stuck due to overwhelmed transaction

There are still issues with the fee structure as we know. That's why they want to improve it to some kind of auction style where everybody pays the lowest fee possible.
