It is new in the hiring industry but bots and AI are already being used in different fields and can even act exactly like human. Taken for example Sophia and Angela. I personally was able to spak with Angela as one of my friends have it in their house. It is so amazing to know that AI like angela can answer almost all questions i asked her and can even perform tasks like singing ang reciting poems better than humans (singing actually was not her). What I am trying to say is, we cannot underestimate the capability of an AI specially right now that technology is getting more and more advance.

I agree with you. We should not underestimate it. Artificial Intelligence (AI) eliminates human error when doing repetitive things but of course, it depends on how it was programmed. I guess Trustlogics did a good job of applying AI on repetitive tasks that can be done by computer so humans can do better tasks like interview, emotional and temperamental assessment.

We cannot compare a human to Artificial Intelligence (AI) but with proper usage of AI will make it more functional or productive in every aspect of a certain project. Sure. I believe too. It will be like makig human tasks lighter in a way that works that do not need thorough analyzations will for example go to AI. Like sorting out of profiles according to their skills and courses or fields they are applying for. These work is already a minor kind of tasks and AI can do it i believe.
