This year is already coming to an end, so dont you think there is going to be an increase in the price of bitcoin ? And altcoins as well? Someone once told me last month that bitcoin price is already at its lowest and that if it does go down more, it will only drop down to five thousand dollars and from there it will pump, so same thing for other cryptos , but I cant tell what will happen exactly and what lowest price they will drop.

No one can tell you where the lowest price will be but there seems consensus that we are bottomed out. What you can do to get a better estimate of the situation, just look at historic levels and timelines.
