It is also important to see if the person that is the CEO has any knowledge about cryptocurrencies and has experience as a programmer, there are many people out there creating their icos because they had an idea and yet they do not know anything about the difficulty to create their project and what are the chances of making their project a success, this is critical because if the CEO does not know this then how you can believe the project is going to be completed in the time frame he specifies?

Not only just on the CEO but also in the entire team which do make such idea.It is really important for them to have that knowledge generally rather than basing on their own basic understanding into crypto which having specialty or broad range of knowledge with it then you can somehow assure that they might succeed because most of the time the do really know on what they are doing.
