I am not sure the minimum wallet balance as there are variables such as how you have your inputs distributed and what the network weight is which changes. You could ask around in our telegram or discord and see if some people in the community can share their staking info compared to different balances that they have

Yobit is on a different chain and also the wallet at Yobit is in maintenance so you can't deposit or withdraw coins. The blockchain at Yobit is moving along fine as far as I know and the new blockchain we are using for PWR coin is also moving just fine.

Right now we are only listed at CryptoHub.online but we are in process working on a listing at Mercatox and we are getting ready to submit the listing fees for Crexx24. As far as mining the coin you can solo mine or pool mine but most likely you will need to pool mine.
