Creating a new gambling site isn't a bad idea but be sure that the game you would launch is somehow unique which it can possible get a piece of share of the entire gambling industry of crypto and yes,it might be saturated but still always a chance but if you would just stick into games like Dice/sports/casino games then its better not to proceed at all.If you do try to look up on the current competition in the market then it would really really be tough.

I think that it's hard to compete with the current market but it's harder to introduce a new type of gambling game, and make people prefer it over the traditional gambling games unless your new game is dumb and allows people to make money easily which will lead you to bankruptcy, btw. These days, it kind of comes down to the little things.

When it comes to the type of games, you will most likely not end up having with a new game that people will actually play. It's in the service where the competition actually starts. Responsive customer service is the key these days. Gambling sites and also trading sites usually have a bad customer service. Of course there are some that have a responsive team and because of that, they are the ones that have the most players. Gambling sites are services at the end of the day, and people will not only rate you for the game but also their experience on how you handled their technical problems.

A gambling site can have a good ambiance and community that makes people enjoy the game, but if their customer service is bad, then the gambling site overall will be considered as bad right away. You need a team that can sort out problems as quick as possible otherwise people will start posting about their bad experience and that will make newcomers refrain from starting to bet in your site.

tl;dr: It's not just the game, but also the service (since gambling sites are offering a service at the end of the day).
