This is IMO one of the best forum proposal I've read. I guess you or someone else have already proposed. If so, what was the outcome of it. If there is one, can you maybe link to that topic? Thanks.

I remember someone in the past years having proposed this, but as usual whenever some member of the DT creates some topic in the Meta section or even in the reputation section, they discuss things that have nothing to do with the topic and the real problem is not solved, I even avoid posting in the thread of these ICOs, because I know that I will have 2 options "

1 -) Probably the scammers will delete my post because its thread is self-moderated topic

2 -) The scammers will ignore me and my post will get lost in the middle of post mound made by bots and bounty hunters
