Why you are sure that SEC will approve Vaneck Solidx ETF at Sep 30 or Dec 26 or maybe next year? If they rejected ETF at the first deadline, chances are minimal for a positive outcome.

We have now countries which have problems with national currency, but do you think Venezuela, Iran, North Korea or maybe Zimbabwe can make any significant changes in BTC economy? Point 3 is just something which can happen, but it will take a little longer time than a year.
