Payment problem for 2nd week not yet solved. They are finding another manager for manage their signature campaign. There is no more second week in the ICO forum signature campaign because it looks like Yahoo didn't accept their project,if he will then there will be new participants selection will takes place so for now that campaign ended.
The problem is not with the 2nd week signature campaign,it is about their bounty contest the owner just stopped the contest inbetween without any prior announcement and skipped most of the participants application for the bounty reward just with the comment of bad quality.

Bad management ruins all their reputation made in a week and also it looks like they wasted lot of money.
