Well, exchangers do have these common issues specially on lower ranking ones but basing on volume or the reputation of coinbene I would say they aren't a scam exchange.Just like on other top tier exchange do exist nowadays even how good they are there would be always a technical issues and it do really sucks when you do caught between on the waiting game but the sad fact your are experiencing they aren't really serious to spot on users direct problems.
