let's talk about Blockchain 3.0 after they do something or at least improving their codebase,for now it's just another crap coin with a high level marketing from the team,unlike Ethereum.
also,if we are looking at our current system and environment.i think it's much more better calling NEO as the next generation of blockchain itself.
because many project was created based on NEO.

ethereum can not be replaced in my opinion so i think that cardano is going to make a big club of its fans at first
