I think someone that doesn't have a smart phone or doesn't know how to navigate apps, does have an informant. Because how that person knows about investing in cryptocurrency without someone informed him. Well, you can ask your informer to assist you in regards of investing or it's time to buy a smart phone and do your own research before investing and of course ask assistance to your informer.
For your second concern, the sick elders, I think they have family, relatives, or friends that can assist them to use the platform.
