Haven't used this exchange and if you will just take a look at the comments on their thread, you'll get the idea.
a lot of negative comments about BiteBTC until now I didn't get my balance back.

Probaly scam but you need to wait for your support ticket to be answered,it may take even few weeks to get answered by their support team but if there are lot of negative reviews then they are preparing for exit scam,next time be aware while using any exchange.
I think BiteBTC is safe because it has entered the CMC with a good volume.
