Probaly scam but you need to wait for your support ticket to be answered,it may take even few weeks to get answered by their support team but if there are lot of negative reviews then they are preparing for exit scam,next time be aware while using any exchange.

I think BiteBTC is safe because it has entered the CMC with a good volume.

There are coins that are listed on CMC as well but they are scam.

Not at all I have sent many tickets and none of my tickets have been answered
