I agree. Regulation and bitcoin are two incomparable things. Bitcoin cannot not be controlled or regulated for that matter, it makes it loose its point

Everything you have said is not true, we already have a fair bit of regulations set up for exchsnges in the United States and if you refuse to follow them and pay taxes you're going to have criminal charges brought against you. Bitcoin doesn't lose its point with common sense regulations, it was never meant to be a way to launder money or avoid taxes.
