"Scheduled Quarterly Buybacks

The first scheduled buyback will be in January 2019. From then on, Countinghouse will execute buybacks once every three (3) calendar months (every quarter). This will be performed by the Countinghouse team directly on the exchanges for non-fiat investors within the Buyback Quota allocated.

The Countinghouse team will spread its Buyback Quota (buy orders) on a nominated decentralised exchange over a period of 7 + 7 days to allow room for different investors to take part in liquidation.

Buyback Intervals

During buyback intervals (outside of the quarterly buybacks being executed), at the discretion of the Fund Manager, Countinghouse may also execute buyback of CHT tokens that are undervalued up to liquid value from the exchanges without notice. If and when this is done, would be to primarily benefit the growth of the fund.
