I don't think that you need to wait for your money or capital to deplete since you need to be responsible to your every gambling activities. Instead of always going away to casinos or clicking out the gambling site, better limit your gambling bets and always keep your eye on your balance. I know that it is hard to not be carried away by your feelings but you need to chill.

When you know that you are losing on straight and long streaks, better call it a day or you will be regretting it. This is not for every one since I know some might say that that is hard but forcing yourself doing that will work.
