There are several things that can affect profits:

Type/series your device, you can jump to whattomine
Hashrate generated from your device then comparing with the Network/diff of coin that you will be mining.
The electricity and internet costs.

I read somewhere that whattomine.com is not accurated. I dont know if it is thrue.
If I was you I would mine something else then XMR. The profit sucks. I mined XMR also but there were minimal profits.
You can take the topic What coins are CPU minable. If it is CPU minable it is also good with the GPU.
You can take a look at: Nimiq and Credits. There are more coins that you can minable with your CPU/GPU. But that will do some research.
