You have a point on that. Well, basically we need to know the details of the project in which the white paper must have. Most of us here before joining the different bounties, we need to know the platforms, advocacy as well as the concepts of the project. I would say the ICO having a white paper in detailed will definitely caught the attention of many users as well as those investors in the word of crypto currency.

Yeah, I totally agree with you that the Whitepaper is important part in a project of ICO,
because if ICO project it does not have a whitepaper then I think that project will not be successful.
