You need to wait way to long.
They dont tell you need to pay import costs. what is probably about 200 dollar.
You get probably a used miner.
You need to verify your id ( and they will sell it to anyone who pay them)

We must undertake action to this one big scam company.

We need to warn the people that they dont order to Bitmain because you get scammed
