You are right if we take this coin as pump and dump the is nature of this project it is being created for this purpose. We had some events which exposed this coin so badly and now nobody taking this as serious investment instead of pump and dump. Look at current structure of distribution for that upcoming fork but this won't work this time.

I would say that almost 100% of the coins fit into the pump and dump category. Even Bitcoin is manipulated and could be called pump and dump if you will. All the big guys sold the top and then bashed it to buy in lower again.
