So you think it is acceptable for people to receive millions of US$ because they release a whitepaper but then end up doing something completely different?

That is precisely what Monaco VISA card are doing, they raised $26 million at the end of the ICO to release a VISA crypto card but in the end spent millions on buying the crypto.com domain name and paying millions in salaries and expenses to themselves and their teams.

Maybe selling now will be a big loss but those that hold will have to live with the fact the price might go down further because the "MobileGO project" is effectively dead, these "new" announcements from the team are seen as delay tactics to stop the inevitable decline. The post made by Jack on Reddit clears up a lot of issues. Nobody trusts Jack that is for sure but the "owners" of the "project" are seen as scammers by almost everyone.

Many actions can be regarded as fraud but this does not mean that they are trying to deceive us, maybe the team is trying to reach a new level and are forced to make difficult decisions in favor of overall development
