There are really lots of coins that has no value some of the developers tends to be scammer after the prmotions and received the investments they cannot be found but there are coins as well that has a strong development and determination to be high valued coin.

Same opinion here, you should not condemn all alts only because a lot of people abuse erc-20 token creation to just scam people. There are plenty of real projects and some of them might turn put to be more disruptive than bitcoin itself.
