To me trading is more of an art and a journey of ones self. Some technical skills are necessary but knowing yourself is an absolute must. If you cannot handle your emotions all the skill in the world will not save you.

You can take it easy if you do not have any troubles in life, trading with free mind in comfortable situations will make you focus on it. Focus is very important for anything if you expect a better result for it, in all sources we have to work hard and it will take your short time to get its benefits.
