My Avalon 4 Module has been humming away nicely. Overclocked at 350 on an OEM PSU. Suddenly I am offline.

I can connect wirelessly to Luci and rebooted the system to no avail.

My API log is this:

Same problem here, also using BTCGuild with a 230G Avalon2 miner. Any ideas?
