Tried multiple computers, mobile phones, tablets and OS's .. all won't connect.

It might be your ISP is blocking cryptopia exchange that is why you can't access the site or your IP is blacklisted on cryptopia.

Try to use a VPN it should be work because on my part I can access the site without any error.
