This is the most common reason of why most of the ICOs where extending their projects due to the target minimum fund for the desired operstion is not meet. Every project has estimated budget cost in which most of the ICOs will rely on investors money in which with the current bearish market situation then most of the ICOs are extending or they will just stop their project.
