c) more than 500 people already in the platform
d) marketing started
e) agreements with research centers

These are indeed good achievements so far, I'm firmly convinced Scientificcoin is one of the projects worth it to follow.

You guys should advertise yourself a bit more. Those are very good achievements that you mentioned for this stage of the project.

Marketing requires funding, at the moment they can only advertise their ICO project with the help of a bounty or their personal funds.

And it seems they are not doing a big bounty (there is a campaign which pays very little) so they are probably mostly doing marketing with their personal funds.
