Unfortunately, scams will not disappear. even with traditional money sytem there iare a lot of scams.

True that scams won't disappear, it is a human nature Cheesy

But if there is more safe environments for investors, a bit higher amount of influence given to investors and more chance to make an impact as an investor it will certainly affect ICO's in general and make them work harder and do more due diligence and have more integrity to have a successful ICO.

This is a very good logic, a bit more idealistic than I am, but that is why I applaud projects like Loligo.
