Yes I agree specially panic that would lead to bad decision and give up your token easily. In crypto we should be calm and patience that emotions are great factors to this business. If we let our emotions controlled so that we can think the right decision making when to sell or when to hold.

Having a bad emotions in a bad situation of crypto is normal, it is just up to one person on how he/she deal with its emotions. We just need to be calm and patince is a must when investing in crypto.
