As my opinion this situations are very normal sometimes bitcoin price pumped up so that the investor's will earn profits through their investment. And sometimes bitcoin price decreasing in order to give a chance to the Investor's to buy bitcoin in a very low price. This is how good thing to invest in bitcoin if you have fully understand the flows and process of bitcoin.

I think this is their strategy (big investor) to get cheap price, that is why they want market to be bearish. And when they feel they already enough, they will pump coin and make profit again.
